piazza roma and the local craft fair

A significant moment of cultural exchange will be held in late June in this main Sicilian port. The local craft fair, promoting not just food and wine, but also the works, skills and specialities of craftsmen and artists working in wood, stone, iron and ceramics, will be held in Piazza Roma. An exhibition of traditional embroidery and workshops for making precious artefacts will be available to those who, even if just passing through before a holiday in the Aeolian Islands, want to spend some time in this corner of Sicily.
