The first week of June in Partanna kicks off with the Wine Fest. We take this opportunity to celebrate wine along with a whole host of local products. From “stigghiole” (skewers of entrails and herbs) to the traditional busiate pasta with a pork sauce, from boiled sheep to cheeses typical of the Belice Valley. The town will be enlivened with musical performances and a parade of vintage cars driving through the streets. Our guides will take you on a visit to the museum of Belice prehistory in the Grifeo castle and the Strait of Sicily archaeological park.
