  1. The personal data you have supplied, or acquired from third parties, in relation to your dealings with Liberty Lines S.p.A. will be processed for the following purposes, including by computer and electronic means:

    • To proceed with the booking and start the contractual relationship with our shipping company;
    • To receive communications relating to our proposals reserved for you;
    • For communications relating to the journey;
    • To proceed with legal communications to the Public Safety Authority;
    • For legal obligations in tax matters;
  2. The above-mentioned data may be subject to the following processing operations:

    • Archiving;
    • Extrapolation;
    • Processing.
  3. The legal basis that justifies this treatment is the contractual/pre-contractual relationship with Liberty Lines S.p.A.;

  4.  Your personal data may be sent to:

    • Managers of the computer reservation system;
    • Public entities in line with legal obligations.
  5. Your data will be kept during the booking phase and during the entire period of your trip and, after its termination, up to the prescription of the rights which can be claimed by means of such data, or up to the time limit prescribed for the fulfilment of the legal obligations. With your permission, the data will be used to send commercial proposals for a period of five years from the date of their communication.
  6. The above rights may be exercised subject to a request to that effect made to the following e-mail address privacy@libertylines.it

    • The right to bring a complaint to the Office of the Data Protection Authority.

  7. The communication of your personal data is necessary to book your trip and stipulate and execute the contractual relationship with Liberty Lines S.p.A. Failure to provide your personal data will make it impossible to enter into and perform the contract and therefore to be able to book your trip with our shipping company.
    It is not mandatory to consent to the processing of personal data for purposes relating to the sending of commercial communications.

Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016


a. Liberty Lines hereby grants authorisation for the sale of E-TICKETS for all connections made on high speed vessels it has equipped, leased or rented, by means of the "booking on line" programme available on the website www.libertylines.it and accessible using the codes supplied by the same and/or by contacting the company's "Call Center"
b. The travel agency/tour operator declares that it possesses all the legal requirements and necessary administrative authorisations in order to autonomously and independently carry out the activities covered by this contract.


This agreement will be valid until 31/12/2019, when it will be considered definitively terminated without any prior notice. Tacit renewal is excluded.


By signing this document, the travel agency/tour operator undertakes to: 1) Issue E-Tickets, based on the tariffs, connections and timetables in force, only after checking the availability of places; 2) Issue exclusively to the passenger the "passenger copy of the E-Ticket" which the latter must present at the ticket offices of the company’s port of departure in order to pick up the ticket valid for boarding. Other types of booking confirmation with different sequences or numbering from those generated by the company's booking system will not be considered valid. 3) Make the access codes to the “booking on line” program inaccessible to third parties, without prejudice to the company's right to block the aforementioned codes in the event of anomalous and/or unauthorised access. 4) To distribute, at your offices and for the sole purpose of selling our tickets, all the travel routes offered by us, the departure times of the vessels used by us, the ticket prices and our General Conditions of Transport, which you declare to have read. It is absolutely forbidden for you to deviate from our conditions of transport and our tariffs. It is also understood that you will provide adequate information about our services including by using our material and taking care to display it correctly. 6) Communicate any changes and/or cancellations of the E-Tickets exclusively through the appropriate area of the “booking on line” program or through the company’s "Call Centre". 4) Hold harmless and indemnify the company from any claim and/or complaint made in relation to the issue of E-Tickets relating to places not available or in relation to reservations deemed invalid. 5) E-Tickets may be issued no later than two hours prior to the departure of the company's vessels.


For the activity covered by the commercial agreement, the agency / tour operator has the right to the following commission on the E-Tickets issued successfully:

-  For an annual turnover of less than €50,000 the commission is 3% (THREE).

-  For an annual turnover of more than €50,000 the commission is 7% (SEVEN).

The payment of the amount owed by you must be made by credit card. After that the system will generate an E-Ticket to confirm the reservation that is to be given to the passenger.

At the end of the accounting year (31.12.2019) the company will send calculations of the commissions due, and the agency / tour operator must issue the invoice for the commissions calculated to Liberty Lines S.p.A.

The payment of the same will be made only upon receipt of the latter.  


The agency/tour operator acknowledges the information provided by Liberty Lines on the protection of personal data with regard to the processing of personal data concerning the agency/tour operator collected in the execution and implementation of this agreement and in the course of its management. The personal data of the agency/tour operator and/or its employees will be processed for institutional purposes connected to or instrumental to the activity of Liberty Lines.
The data controller of the personal data is LIBERTY LINES S.p.A. with registered office in Trapani, in Via Vulpitta, 5.


This commercial agreement may be terminated by Liberty Lines with immediate effect, by giving notice to the other party in writing via registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and / or certified email, pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code and without the need for any notice in the case of violation by the agency/tour operator of even one of the obligations imposed by Article. 3.
This commercial agreement shall also be terminated by law and immediately in the case of cessation of activity by the shipowner and without the agency/tour operator being entitled to claim any damages or compensation in this regard.


For any dispute that may arise with regard to the interpretation and execution, breach and termination of this commercial agreement, the Court of Trapani will have exclusive jurisdiction, expressly waiving the jurisdiction of any other judicial authority even in relation to related cases.
