Your holidays have no limits with Liberty Lines!

Assistance is given on board the Liberty Lines vessels and is aimed at people with disabilities and/or persons with reduced mobility, which may include:


-  those on wheelchairs due to illness or disability;
-  people with problems with their limbs or with walking;
-  elderly people;
-  pregnant women;
-  women with babies in prams;
-  the blind or visually-impaired;
-  the deaf or hearing-impaired;

We will provide a service adapted to the specific needs of each so that the trip is pleasant and comfortable.
Reservation, check-in and boarding for those with reduced mobility
When you purchase your ticket, indicate the reduced mobility category to which you belong. If you book your trip through a travel agency or tour operator, make sure they signal your request for assistance during the booking procedure.

In order to ensure better service, both in the boarding and disembarkation phases, make sure you check in at least 30 minutes before departure.
You can request the assistance of Liberty Lines up to 48 hours before the assistance is necessary (in order to be able to communicate your needs in time) in the following ways:


• by calling the Call Centre on 0923 873813
• directly at the ticket office at the port of departure

Those with disabilities

Liberty Lines provides help for those who have become disabled or have a duly recognised infirmity incurred during or as a result of military or civilian service.
In order to receive the discounted fares, you must submit the following documents:
A disability certificate issued by the local health authority of the municipality where you live plus a valid identity document:
If due to war or duty you have been 100% maimed or invalidated, you are entitled to a 10% reduction on the ticket price and your attendant is entitled to travel for free;
If due to war or duty you have been 99% maimed or invalidated, you are entitled to a 10% reduction on the ticket price.
The blind
A disability certificate issued by the local health authority of the municipality where you live plus a valid identity document:
you are entitled to a 20% reduction on the price of the ticket and your attendant or guide dog can travel free.
