Our Call Center is available for information and reservations  from 08:30 to 20:00

Our website www.libertylines.it provides information on departure times and prices charged on the routes operated by the Company. The site also provides an online booking service. Itineraries and fares may be subject to change. Please contact the Call Centre for further confirmation regarding your desired route.

EASY PAY
Through the company's Call Centre and at some of our Ticket Offices it is possible to pay by Credit Card. (AMERICAN EXPRESS* CARTA SI* DINERS* EDC MAESTRO * MASTERCARD * VISA * VISA ELECTRON)

PASSENGERS IN NEED OF SPECIAL ASSISTANCE AND/OR TREATMENT
In compliance with Italian regulations, and for all trips over 20 miles, the passenger has the right to provide all personal information regarding his needs for special assistance and/or treatment in emergency situations. This information will be notified to the Port Authorities and to the Captain of the vessel on which the passenger will travel.
If this is your case, please be so kind as to book your ticket through our Call Center.

TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
You can read the General Transport Conditions displayed on board, in our ticket offices, and on the our website www.libertylines.it . An extract of the Conditions is printed on the back of your voucher/ticket. In case of conflict between these versions, the conditions published on our website shall prevail.

LOST / STOLEN TICKETS
In the event of theft or loss of a ticket, passengers are required to report this to the competent authorities and to give immediate notice to the Company together with a copy of this report. In this case, Passengers shall pay the Company the price of a new ticket in order to depart. If the lost / stolen ticket is not used, the Company will refund a sum equal to the original ticket within 6 (six) months from the date of departure stated therein.
